Tasha Cobbs
Grace
Get your heart ready to receive eight power-packed tracks that will remind you of GOD's grace on your life.

Praise and Worship leader Tasha Cobbs returns with her first national release on EMI Gospel entitled, Grace. The project was recorded live at Northview Christian Church in Dothan, Alabama, in the summer of 2012, and was immediately dubbed one of the most anticipated albums of 2013.

The buzz for the album began in the late summer of last year when the album's first single "Break Every Chain" was performed at the 2012 Woman Thou Art Loosed Conference in Atlanta. Cobbs took the stage and sent the entire arena and millions tuning in via the stream into a strong corporate anointing. The song reminded listeners of the "power in the name of Jesus" and of God's anointing that can break chains. As Cobbs began to minister viewers all over the world were introduced to her ministry and fans were given a taste of what was to come.

CDVaShawn Mitchell serves as head producer of the album and together he and Tasha produce a sound like no other. The sound is reminiscent of the work the two did on Mitchell's Billboard hit "Nobody Greater" where Cobbs' famous ad-libs set the song on fire. Each fire brings out the best in Cobbs' unique vocal tone. While listening you hear her sincerity and strong piercing voice that reaches to the core of your heart. There's no doubt that live worship is her element and this CD doesn't do justice to the powerful ministry that you experience while worshipping with her.

The album starts off with "Get Up", jointly written by Cobbs and Mitchell. The up-beat track gets you moving and pumped for what you will experience on the album. From the jump Cobbs sets the tone. It leads smoothly into "Love You Forever", co-written by Ernest Vaughn. Two fan favorites from Tasha's independent release "Happy" and "Smile" are also featured on the album, with new arrangements.

Fans are taken on an intense worship experience on "Break Every Chain". The nearly 9-minute track take you on an intense journey; Cobbs begins the song softly and begins to build it with each and every line.Timiney Figueroa Caton from the Kurt Carr Singersjoins Cobbs in the middle of the song and together the ladies raise up an angelic, chain-breaking sound.

Musicians James R. Barrett, Vaughn Phoenix, Rick Watford, Trent Phillips, Anton Nesbitt, andChristopher House bring Tasha's music to life, while vocal producer Rachel James adds a classic and beautiful tone to each track.

Cobbs explains that each of her musicians "brought her vision" to life. While recording the album, many explain they found themselves lost in the music while playing and singing because of the power of this album.

Grace deserves to be talked about throughout 2013 because of it's on-time message, effective delivery, and strong musicality.
